- Create org spaces (buildings, floors, sites).
- Claim or attach devices while in the org context so they belong to the company — not a personal home.
- Invite space members with the right roles.

Do not mix: a personal claim stays on the consumer account. Use the org switcher before claiming for the company.
Controlling devices works like Control devices — members operate controls; they do not perform platform admin catalog setup.
