Role	Typical powers
Operator	Day-to-day device/space work as granted
Admin	Manage members and org resources
Owner	Full org control including ownership transfers

Invite someone

1. Switch to the organization.
2. Open Members → Invite.
3. Choose a role and send the invite.

Only Admin / Owner can usually invite or change roles. Exact limits follow your org settings and plan.
