Troubleshooting

Problem	Try this
Device offline	Check power + Wi‑Fi; wait for the header badge; use Nearby while local
Controls disabled	Device must be online (or Nearby-connected); Viewers cannot operate actuators
Claim / link code fails	Prefer the short label code; ask for a new code if used; see Claim a device
Schedule “Not on device — delivery failed”	Bring the device online so the schedule can sync; check Run history
Scene Start disabled	Device offline — create/edit still works; start when online
Automation did not fire	Confirm Active filter, sensor has data, threshold/condition, and device online (or queue options)
Nearby not finding device	Same Wi‑Fi / try hotspot / Bluetooth within a few meters; see Nearby recovery
No CCTV / Energy data	Kit may not include camera or power sensors; use Insights for climate trends
Billing locked	Primary account / org billing admin must update payment
